After the careful work you've done with your customer research, you are now equipped with the voice of customer and the knowledge about your client to write a client persona.

So, what do you want to include in your customer profile? Ideally, I would suggest modeling your profile after a real person instead of a made-up person.

What I DON'T want you to do is write a profile about someone that is overly fixated on which big-box stores they shop at or where they go on the weekend unless it's somehow related to your product.

Try to thoughtfully think about the demographics, like age, gender identity, location (especially important if you're working with local clients -- you may want to be thinking about whether those people are solely local or if there's a market outside of your local market). But also, take this time to think about their VALUES.
